  • One-on-one services provide you with a custom experience that meets your needs while offering a level of confidentiality that is limited during live courses, live workshops, and live group coach calls.

    Academe180 provides you with a judgment-free safe space to plan and prepare for the academic job market with support. One-on-one services are completed in a three-phase process.

    The first phase includes an initial assessment (i.e., the information-gathering phase).

    The second phase is your one-on-one virtual coaching call where we plan, strategize, practice, and prepare based on the service you have requested.

    Finally, there is a post-assessment that provides you an overview of notes from the call in addition to potential scripts you can use while you negotiate or navigate your professional career.

    Finally, you will receive a recording of the call for you to review in the future. Academe180 values tangible resources you will be able to use to help you navigate your professional careers.

  • We have services for students and faculty to best meet your negotiation and professional development needs. We provide descriptions of each service (here). Custom services are available if you do not see a service that aligns with your goals or more than one service meets your goals. Please contact us if this is the case.

    As a starting place, we often encourage individuals to consider participating in a live course, live workshop, or live group coaching call where the subject matter fits their needs or desired goals.

    These interactive live zoom sessions provide you with time to speak with the founder Dr. Campbell. Dr. Campbell values getting your questions answered so she allows questions to take place during and at the end of her live sessions, live courses, and live workshops.

    Prerecorded sessions are also offered on occasion but do not include a live question and answer component.

  • If you would like to customize a service because you see a related service area or you would like to combine more than one service, please contact us first to discuss needs. When more than one service fits what you need, we recommend that you purchase one service at a time. We are happy to help you determine which service you should complete first.

  • On occasion, Academe180 does accept blog posts written by guests. If you have a negotiation or professional development story to tell involving Academe180, have an informative piece you would like to publish concerning negotiations or transitioning to the job market please let us know. All proposals and requests remain confidential and are approved by the founder and team. Blogs published on the site should represent your own independent original work and should not be published elsewhere.

  • You can cancel any request or service canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Unfortunately, once this period has passed we are unable to provide a refund.


    For LIVE classes, you must be present on the date you have selected. We only allow a select number of participants for live sessions due to the interactive nature of the class and the opportunity to ask questions during and after the live sessions. As a result, the seat you are reserving can not be reimbursed once it is reserved. All cancelations for live sessions much be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.


    Finally, there are no refunds or exchanges for e-books, electronic guides, electronic journals, pre-recorded sessions or classes, or other digital products. Once digital books and products have been delivered all sales are final. Be sure to enter your correct email address before finalizing any purchases.
